Mindaugas has worked in various marketing positions in the areas of strategic management, branding, and product creation. He has diverse experiences in a wide range of companies – from market leaders to start-ups and different geographical regions. The highlight in his career has been his role at Tele2, which grew out of a small green field mobile operator into a market leader. He was recognized as 'CMO of the Year' by the Lithuanian Marketing Association in 2018.
Mindaugas has a strong belief in the human potential, which manifests itself in his passion for endurance sports like marathon and swim-run, and results in him being a co-founder of an NGO, which organizes the largest marathon in Lithuania.
