Value Co-Creation

Value co-creation is vital to both creative and non-creative industries, and this course focuses on its concept, practice and potential. Through a combination of industry and consumer site visits, discussions with company leaders and group exercises, participants learn to break down what works and what doesn’t in their interactions with customers. The course then moves beyond the idea of value co-creation with clients to explore the “multi-sided platform (MSP)”, a model for value co-creation involving multiple groups of customers, and finally looks at which factors contribute to the success of MSP-based enterprises.
