Rosa founded BRANDDATA in October of 2013 in order to create an agency that combines both market research and branding. Her company builds upon data, facts, and research in advertising and tries to build the bridge between brand, emotion, and persuasion. This is based upon her findings at the organization she founded, The Institute of Decision Making, which works with academics who are at the forefront of revealing a deeper understanding of human decision-making, particularly in the areas of behavioral economics and neuroscience. In addition to BRANDDATA, Rosa teaches Advertising Psychology at the University of Applied Science.
With her new company still in its infancy stage, Rosa decided to come to the Berlin School of Creative Leadership in order to learn theoretical best business practices as well as learn from others who have built agencies from the ground up. "I am certain that the Berlin school of creative leadership MBA program will be a great source of inspiration as well as a valuable source of practical knowledge on how to lead creative businesses. I am overly excited to meet the people who have already led successful agencies. Their experiences, stories and drawbacks in their first years can keep the spirits high when times get rough back in the office."
Rosa's career history includes several leadership positions at agencies, including Strategy Supervisor at OMD Los Angeles and Head of Strategy and New Business at Draft FCB Vienna. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees WU-Wien in Advertising as well as a PhD in Advertising, concentrating her dissertation on advertising effectiveness.
