Before starting on her professional path as a marketer, Paola worked for 5 years in the world of theater as an actress, floor manager, stage manager, producer and PR manager.
She then navigated through a variety of positions with Walmart Mexico, Televisa and Clarus Digital, the latter as account manager, before moving on to Isobar Mexico where she took on several leadership roles within the agency. In 2017, Paola worked as a head of Google’s Mexico creative team, The Zoo, while also holding three professorships at, respectively: the Academia Mexicana de Creatividad, Needed Education and IED Moda Casa de Francia. Since 2020, she’s served as Head of Creative for Facebook’s Mexico team.
Paola is also the co-founder of @tumugirls, a content and experience platform that promotes empowerment, determination and confidence in tween and teenage girls, providing them with the necessary tools for their journey to adulthood that will enable them to reach their full potential and make their dreams – whatever they may be! – a reality.
Passionate about digital and technology as a way of life, Paola loves how brand communications can deeply connect a person to a brand, establishing meaningful experiences and opening dialogue.
