Milena is a member of Berlin School’s Executive Education department and responsible for business development. In this position, she designs and manages customized leadership seminars, workshops, and programs at executive level.
Born and raised in Berlin, Milena obtained her higher education degree in Landscape Architecture at the Technical University Berlin and spent a semester abroad in New Zealand.
After finishing her studies, Milena was a lecturer for building planning at the Technical University of Berlin. Later she joined the well-known office of landscape architect Kamel Louafi to put her learning and experience into practice.
A career change came as Milena traded in the field of landscape, design and architecture for the world of human resources. She went from developing landscape to developing people. She was then heavily involved in setting up the Berlin offices of Neulands Academy for Modern Leadership with focus on leadership, entrepreneurship and organizationa design. While there, she began studying for her own a MBA in Human Resources Development.
It was just a matter of time and inevitable for her to join a more international team and so she became a part of the Berlin School family.
