Katharina is the Marketing Consultant for the Berlin School of Creative Leadership. In her role, she is leading the marketing department where she is planning and overseeing all marketing activities in regards to the School’s vision and programs.
Born in Hamburg, Germany, Katharina spent most of her youth in Hanau, near Frankfurt am Main where she completed her apprenticeship at advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather. After this intense time she relocated to Berlin where she graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor Degree in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts from the Berlin University of the Arts. During her studies, she continued working in marketing and started her full time position as Junior Corporate Communications Manager at G2 Germany (now Geometry Global). After taking a gap year in Southeast Asia and Australia, she changed her career direction and worked as Project Coordinator for International Programs at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin. To get a better insight into her new area of focus, intercultural communications, she began studying Intercultural Communications at Europe University Viadrina.
Katharina joined the Berlin School in December 2015 and is combining her background in marketing with intercultural communication skills as part of her role.
