Julian A. Kramer is a translator between Tech-, Creative- and Business-world. As Chief Experience Ambassador at Adobe Central Europe he works with and inspires C-Level Executives, Media and large audiences on topics such as Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence and Corporate Innovation Cultures. He also serves as board member for digitisation at Education Y, an NGO dedicated to future proofing the educational system as inclusive, equal opportunity enabler.
Before Adobe he worked at Google where he developed and lead the EMEA-wide external Executive Education Programs on Customer-Centricity and spearheaded the creation of a boutique inhouse-consultancy „THE ZOO“ in DACH , developing prototypes and strategies for Google’s largest clients, driving their digital marketing transformation. He also got involved as Keynote speaker for topics such as Innovation Cultures, Content Marketing and Pretotyping and supported software & hardware product testing at Google.
Prior to his career in Tech he lead the global brand communication content production for Mercedes-Benz TV as Head of Film, lectured at Munich University on Digital Postproduction and Principles of Creativity, founded a Digital Content Marketing Startup serving mostly luxury and automotive clients and worked as Director, Photographer and Editor in Chief for a Wintersports Magazine.
He holds an MBA of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership / Steinbeis and a B.A. in film direction.
In his free time he works on artsy photography projects, travels and is father to a 6 month old vacuum robot.
