Emma is the Community Relations Manager and the Assistant to Susann Schronen, the CEO. In her role, she coordinates the networking needs of EMBA participants and alumni and the wider Berlin School community, as well as managing The Home of Creative Business Leadership, our online space for community engagement. Alongside this, Emma also supports the CEO with the day-to-day running of the Berlin School.
Born and raised in London, Emma obtained her undergraduate degree from UCL and completed a master’s degree in Culture and Development. After spending time working on international and economic development projects, including running community projects in the coffee growing region of Guatemala, and co-founding a Europe-wide community initiative to improve corporate purchasing practices, she then decided to change careers and gained experience working for various types of creative organizations including a Mayfair art gallery and an architects’ practice. Shortly after moving to Germany, she joined The Berlin School in spring 2016.
