Andi Roberts brings an eclectic career to the Berlin School Executive Education team. Ranging from mountain guiding, directing HR in a family healthcare company, managing in the corporate world through to setting up and being an entrepreneur by setting up a range of businesses in Europe.
He holds a particular interest in personal leadership, organisational transformation and strategy execution. In all of these he uses his training in Emotional Intelligence, behavioural styles and type dynamics to help leaders recognise their capacity to self manage and lead others in more effective ways.
He has a personal passion for combining visual thinking, systems thinking, gamification and experiential learning into the projects that he designs and delivers, so that they inspire and create long lasting personal and organisational change.
Recent projects include designing and delivering a pan European leadership program in marketing and sales staff in the FMCG sector. Creating and supporting an innovative Leadership and Sales Academy in the Gulf Cooperation Council Region. Delivering leadership and influence skills to marketing and sales teams for the Latin America Region. Andi has worked in over thirty countries and works in the English and Spanish languages..
Andi is trained as a facilitator and coach, and is the only person globally to hold the Professional Certified Coach and Certified Professional Facilitator designations, which are the industry gold standards for competence. He holds certifications for a range of tools that support leadership development including EQ-I 360, MBTI, Social Styles, TetraMap and Lominger Voices 360.
Academically, Andi holds a Diploma in Management, MBA and MSc in Systems Thinking in Practice and is in his final year of an MA in Online & Distance Education.
