Financing Your Executive MBA Program
Investing in further education is one of the best commitments you can make to transform your business and develop further as a leader. At the Berlin School, we do our best to provide information and opportunities to make sure that funding doesn’t prevent people with outstanding track records from acquiring a top-quality degree. There are various ways to finance your Executive MBA; from our scholarship, tuition fund and early bird opportunities to payment plans and company sponsorship. We are happy to help you to find the best options to fund your EMBA journey.
Tuition and fees for the Executive MBA are €53,000.
Tuition and fees for the Executive MBA are €53,000. This does not include travel and accommodation. We also advise applicants to plan for around 70 hotel/apartment nights and five round-trip flights, which adds approximately €7,000-12,000 in additional costs, depending on hotel tastes and flight distances. In addition, there are of course small incidental expenses, such as translation of your university transcripts for matriculation (if they aren't already in English or German). Although we provide plenty of snacks and beverages during the hours of the course, most days you will also have to buy lunch and/or dinner.
CCLP participants and graduates of other selected Executive Education courses (see course description) will receive up to €5,000 discount to the Executive MBA program starting within the next year.
For most intakes, we announce a dedicated scholarship opportunity from the Berlin School.
At the Berlin School, we do our best to reward creative minds who are doing remarkable work for their industries. For most intakes, we announce a dedicated scholarship opportunity from the Berlin School or our partners for Executive MBA tuition. Eligibility criteria vary from scholarship to scholarship, and to some extent from intake to intake. We announce a call for scholarship applications approximately six months before the intake for which they are intended. Scholarships are applicable to the assigned intake only.
For selected applicants, we offer a range of fee deductions from our Tuition Fund, contributed together with our global partners.
As part of our global community, we partner with a wide range of organizations from media, advertising, design and more, each dedicated to rewarding creative excellence and furthering creative leadership. Each year, together with our partners, we compile a Tuition Fund which goes towards supporting selected candidates with their Executive MBA fees. The full amount of the Tuition Fund varies from intake-to-intake and funds are split and allocated amongst deserving applicants. Beneficiaries are chosen by the Berlin School and selected by merit. Funds for each intake are allocated throughout a selected application period, and are therefore more likely to be awarded to early applicants.
Early Bird and Payment Plan
Apply early and receive up to €5,000 discount from your full tuition cost.
Early Bird and Payment Plan
Our Early Bird offer is an opportunity to receive up to €5,000 discount from your full tuition cost by applying for the Executive MBA program well in advance. Our Early Bird offers usually close three months before the next intake. Exact time-frames may vary from one intake to the next.
Early Bird deduction offers include:
€5,000 discount for those who pay the full tuition before the early bird ends.
€3,000 discount for those who pay the matriculation fee before the early bird ends.
We also have a range of payment plans available that offer potential ways to either minimise overall cost by paying up-front in full, or to spread the cost out over several years (3 years maximum). A special €2,000 discount is offered for those who pay the full tuition before the program starts. If our payment plans do not fit yours or your company’s specific needs, we are always open to discussing customised payment plans.
Please contact our Head of Admissions for enquiries.
Many companies offer continuing education support.
An Executive MBA at the Berlin School is not only a transformational experience for you. It’s also an opportunity for your company to invest in its leadership future and to examine key business challenges through your classroom experiences and thesis learnings. Many companies offer continuing education support. This may be financial support for tuition, travel/accommodation reimbursement, or even flexibility regarding time off (i.e. not counting days on MBA as vacation). We highly recommend that you speak with your CEO and/or Human Resources Manager to discuss what options may be available to you. You may also be able to negotiate this even if there is no corporate policy in place, so please do contact the Berlin School Admissions Team if you need any additional support in this area or to find out about our corporate payment plans.
There might be subsidizations in your region or country.
Professional associations and other institutions in your region or country may be able to subsidize your participation as well. Or, you may be eligible for tax-deduction or special educational loans. If you are a member of any professional association or think you might be able to secure financial help from any other government bodies, please contact them to see if such grants are offered.
Our Admissions Team will be glad to help you with supporting documentation and further information on financing your Executive MBA.
