At the heart of creative leadership is a disciplined openness to the diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and acting that combine to shape innovation, foster continuing individual and group learning, and guide successful teams and organizations. This course addresses each of these key topics. After a critical review of processes that have proven themselves in product innovation, participants turn their attention to the vital roles these processes play in different ways of thinking and learning styles. They then develop a deeper understanding of different learning styles by taking their own individual inventories. Finally, by working together on their own innovation projects, they assess how these differences impact the effectiveness of teams.
