Corporate Planning

By building on and extending skills learned in preceding accounting courses, participants in “Corporate Planning” develop the abilities they need to calculate finance plans by acquiring a grasp of concepts like integrated profit. Using case studies, the course covers the principles and practical applications of the Finance Plan, Profit Plan and Budgeted Balance Sheet for the coming year, and clarifies differences between fixed and variable costs when planning for the future. The overall goal is to give creative leaders the confidence and competence they need to map out financial strategies that will boost both revenue and profits.
