Corporate Finance: Value Creating Decisions

This course introduces participants to the concepts and techniques of decision-making in the field of corporate finance. After a review of key lessons and formulas learned during previous Executive MBA coursework, a series of case studies helps participants extend and develop their ability to analyze funding sources, capital structures and resource allocation. By the end of the course, they are able to determine a company’s net present value, make capital budgeting decisions based on information available in financial paperwork, and use these measures to make decisions that will improve their own organization’s performance.
