Research and innovation is one of the Berlin School's top priorities. Especially when it comes to new technologies and ever-changing demands of modern communication and leadership. The Berlin School supports two fundamental forms of research: long term academic research and individual thesis research.
Academic Research
Long term academic research in the field of creative leadership is managed and conducted by qualified professors and academic assistants under the remit of the Berlin School and Steinbeis University. Academic research is made possible by generous support from corporate sponsors and private patrons of scientific research and education. Findings are published in academic papers and publications.
Thesis Research
Over the course of the executive MBA program participants must research and develop their own thinking with the aim of writing a formal thesis under the supervision of leading R&D institutes and academic advisors. Topics center on innovative communication, management and leadership practices.
