This year's bursary was very competitive and was made available to professionals working in the field who were based in one of the 158 countries that have never previously won a Cannes Gold Lion. Go here to see the list of eligible countries. The bursary was open to ANYONE working in advertising and communications in the country, no matter where they are from originally or what nationality they are.  BURSARY ENTRY DEADLINE WAS 15 MARCH 2012.
