The Path to Becoming a Better Creative Leader
The program is structured by five two-week modules spread over 12-24 months depending on your study schedule. Three of the modules take place in Berlin and two are held in Asian and North American creative industry hotspots. In each location we work with leading educational institutions to help give their country's perspective on leadership and the creative industries.
Each two-week module of the part-time Executive MBA program is designed to provide participants with fresh, effective tools for immediate implementation in their working environment.
In addition to formal classroom work, each participant researches and writes a thesis of their own focused on provoking, refreshing, challenging the status quo of communication today. The master's thesis must be rigorous, original and have potential to improve the quality and standards in their industry. Progress on thesis projects is reviewed by Berlin School faculty in each module and upon program completion outstanding research is recommended for submission to leading journals or for other professional publication.
Over the course of the program, participants also work together in small teams on close analyses and action-oriented projects aimed at developing a deeper understanding of leadership, strategy and organizational design in the creative industries.
