Lürzer Scholarship winner announced

Brazilian entrepreneur awarded 2010 Lürzer’s Archive Scholarship

Karen Cesar, Founder and CEO Red Bandana Design, Rio de Janeiro Brazil, will receive 30.000 Euro in tuition support to attend the next global Executive MBA in Creative Leadership program starting September 5th 2001 in Berlin.

The Berlin School of Creative Leadership and Lürzer’s Archive announces Ms. Karen Cesar as the winner of the 2010 Lürzer’s Archive Berlin School of Creative Leadership Scholarship.

Karen (aged 36) was selected from a highly competitive group of applicants from around the world and will join a select number of accomplished participants who will begin the Berlin School Executive MBA In Creative Leadership Program September 5th in Berlin. Over the course of the 12-24 month program Karen and the group will attend program modules in Berlin, Los Angeles, New York, Shanghai and Tokyo.

I am looking forward to the chance to meet many of the best in the business in some of the most interesting cities one can imagine."

The Lürzer’s Archive Scholarship was established jointly between Lürzer’s Archive and the Berlin School in 2010 to reward accomplished creative professionals with a proven track record of creative excellence passionate about re-inventing communication in the creative industries of advertising, marketing, new media, entertainment and journalism.

Cesar earned a BA in Graphic Design from UniverCidade and an MA in Marketing from UniverCidade in Rio. As a postgrad Cesar was awarded an Achievement Scholarship to study at the School of Visual Arts in New York City.
