About the Lecture
Compared to most markets, the “Glass Ceiling” women creatives often experience when moving up the corporate ladder is relatively unrestrictive in China. As a result, there are an impressive number of women running creative departments and/or entire creative agencies in China. Nevertheless, longstanding Chinese cultural traditions and intense local and international competition present many difficult challenges for women creative leaders in China to overcome in order to reach, and stay, on top. In her recently published book, "Advertising with No Lipstick", which attracted considerable industry attention and enjoyed great success in China, Kitty Lun shared her first-hand experience about what it takes to become a successful woman creative leader in China and internationally. Drawing from her book and her exceptional 20 year career in advertising, Kitty Lun's lecture will focus on the themes of women in leadership and business culture in China as well as her unique philosophy towards advertising and life. This special free public lecture is part of the Berlin School of Creative Leadership Executive MBA program's Asia Module sessions and provides a great opportunity to experience the Berlin School and learn more about the EMBA program from current participants. We look forward to seeing you there.
