Eurobest Future Creative Leaders launches in Hamburg

The Eurobest Future Creative Leaders Programme (EFCLP) is an intensive four-day training initiative taking place in Hamburg in December 2010 and designed for those with high potential for or already in leadership positions.

Two principles guide the programme:

1. future creative leaders are not born but made, and most often self-made through vision, analysis, motivation and introspection;

2. in this time of growing challenges and complexity, future creative leaders must increasingly be able to communicate and manage change successfully.

Together, these principles frame the driving question for participants: “On the road to creative excellence, what leading steps will you take in 2011?”

For two full days before the start of Eurobest, participants will engage in intensive coursework and training offered by the Berlin School, which has built a global reputation with its innovative Executive MBA to train creative industry executives lead for excellence in their organisations. Once the Festival is underway, the programme will continue with bespoke sessions, speeches and lectures guided by Berlin School faculty as well as access to Eurobest’s full array of workshops and seminars featuring cutting-edge industry thinking.

EFCLP participants will have all facilities of Eurobest available to them including the shortlist exhibition, the Hive technology showcase, the award show, and Networking After Dark.

The Eurobest Future Creative Leaders Programme builds on the great success of the inaugural Cannes Creative Leaders Programme (CCLP) launched in June 2010. A collaboration of the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival and the Berlin School of Creative Leadership, CCLP offered six days of leadership courses in Berlin followed by a fully curated festival week in Cannes. Both programmes extend the commitment of the Cannes Lions organisation and the Berlin School to raising the global standard in leadership education for the creative communication and media industries.
