Prior to these roles, Hernandez worked as a LATAM Creative Director for McDonald's (2008-2010), Creative Director for McCann (199-2008) Copywriter for Leo Burnett Brasil (1997-1999), McCann Erickson (1995-1997) and Leo Burnett Advertising (1994-1995).
