Berlin School Module 3 "Leading People" Concludes in Berlin

Executive MBA in Creative Leadership Class 2 enjoyed another challenging and inspiring two-week session focused on "Leading People".

This Berlin School module was  kicked-off with a musical and visual rush provided by Miha Pogacnik, concert violinist and guru on creativity and management.   In a session that captivated the Berlin School participants Miha "decomposed" Bach and produced vividly colored artworks while discussing effective management strategy.

This two week session held in Berlin boasted a full schedule of lectures by accomplished professors and top creative leaders:

Dean Pierre Casse and Professor Eoin Banahan on The Importance of Business Cultures;
Oliver Primus on  Hitchcock -- Leading people and the power of suspense;
Ron Berger, Executive Chairman of North America, Euro RSCG Worldwide on How to become a better leader of people (including yourself);
Anne-Marie Marcus, Partner/CEO, Marcus St. Jean on Who are you going to lead? A guide to attracting, recruiting and retaining talents;
Jean Marie Hiltrop on Human Resource Management;
Yves Réale on Change Management;
Professor Doug Guthrie on Power and Influence in Groups and Teams - Unlocking Creative Potential;
Clarisse Hoffmann on Providing Incentives to Change;
Kerry Choun on Powerful Presentations;
Professor Robert Weisz on Leading Creative People.

The week was capped off by a President's Lecture featuring Jeff Steinhour, Managing Partner, Crispin Porter + Bogusky.  This lecture was free and open to the public and attended by 150 people.

Berlin School President Michael Conrad also attended many of the sessions offering feedback and sparking discussion.

School participants were also treated to a tour of The Bunker, a private exhibition space for the contemporary art collection of Christian Boros.  The collection is housed in a a stunning exhibition space: a completely renovated former World War Two bomb shelter which was later a legendary Berlin dance and sex club.  See: http://www.sammlung-boros.de/
