
Position: Human Resources Manager, Lafarge Group (Gypsum Division)
Short vita: Clarisse Hoffmann is currently Human Resources Manager for Lafarge Group (Gypsum Division). She specialises in project management and in implementation of management software such as PeopleSoft (HR) and Finance and Manufacturing (JD Edwards).
Mrs. Hoffmann has an MBA in Leading Change (2001) and a Masters Degree in Management of Change and Communication (2000), both from the University of Aix-en-Provence, France. She also has academic degrees in General Management from the University of Aix-en-Provence (1991) and in Information Technology from the University of Paris (1981).
Hoffmann was chosen to participate in the Executive Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago (2001) as well as at IMD in Lausanne (2005).
Since 2001, Mrs. Hoffmann has been an Assistant Professor at the Business School of Paul Cézanne University (Aix-en-Provence, France). She teaches MBA courses and is directing several research projects. She is also "Directeur des Travaux Pratiques" in the Masters Programme of Brussels University, Belgium.
Through her research, Mrs. Hoffmann has acquired consulting experience with BAT (UK), BASF (Germany) and some other French multinationals. She has expertise in people development, leadership assessment, and career management.
