Berlin School workshop so full the walls were literally bulging.

The Berlin School Workshop held at this year's Cannes Lions Advertising Festival was packed with creatives eager to learn more about Creative Leadership and the Berlin School Executive MBA Program.

Michael Conrad, President of the Berlin School and Pierre Cassse, Dean of the Berlin School wowed the over-capacity crowd with insights on how to take a competitive lead in the advertising industry through creative leadership.



The walls of the workshop area were literally budging due to an over-capacity crowd.



Michael Conrad explains his 7+ system -- Bringing German engineering to advertising.



Eager creatives unable to enter the workshop space listened to the Berlin School at the entrance.
