The Berlin School has been fortunate to gain the support of many partners who believe in our mission of fostering creative leadership.
Art Directors Club Germany
The ADC Germany is one of the largest national chapters of the Art Directors Club, a professional trade federation for individuals working in communication, advertising, journalism and other related fields. The Berlin School began as an idea in the ADC Germany, which not only runs a prestigious annual awards program, but also has a history of actively producing and holding workshops, seminars and other initiatives to promote better executive training and education. As the Berlin School has flourished, the ADC established the independent, not-for-profit foundation that operates the School. Many of the ADC Germany’s leaders generously volunteer their time and energy to promote and support the Berlin School.
School of Management and Innovation, Steinbeis University Berlin
While the ADC Germany provided the spark that launched the school, SMI served as the fireplace. The School of Management and Innovation is a private institution dedicated to business education in fields such media, finance and health care. It is home to circa 900 students in Berlin pursuing both full and part-time BA and MBA degrees. SMI is part of the Steinbeis University Berlin, one of Germany’s largest private universities. The Steinbeis University in Berlin was established in 1998 by Steinbeis University, an historic private university system founded in Stuttgart, Germany, with more than 150 years of history in transferring knowledge from industry to academia.
